About This Site

MichiganDads.com is the brainchild of Dave Peckens and Matt Eder, a couple of thirty-somethings who are lifelong Michigan residents and passionate, fun-loving fathers. If we’re not in the thick of it with our families, we enjoy writing, making videos and talking with others about the many facets of being a father… much to your delight, we hope.

Our website will be an ever-evolving source of fun and informative writing from the two of us as well as a number of guest bloggers. We are going to be interviewing a variety of fathers who offer interestingly unique insights and points of view, along with sharing some of our favorite things to do in the great state of Michigan, and asking others to do the same. We also plan to review for you some of the things on our radar screens, like books, venues, products and more.

There’s a crucial ingredient to this concoction of daddy and mitten state love that we haven’t mentioned yet… you.
